Here at N.E.S.T open gym sessions will touch on key components of basketball using a skills and drills session before gameplay. Playing is great but it isn't great if you reinforce bad basketball habits. The goal for these open gym sessions, is for players to see their flaws as a player and then improve them each time they come. Experience is the best teacher so we will put the athletes in as many basketball situations as we can so that when they see them in the game, they are prepared.
